THERE IS PROOF THAT I AM NOT A FRAUD
I am posting this on September 29 2023 because I just found out that Google search quotes a YELP website that says “fraud Kurt”. For the record that is from a comment by a customer who said that he was going to file a suit for fraud. He never did because I proved to him I am not a fraud. And I am posting this because I feel you need to know all about me. You can see many lists of happy customers in my web sites.
One of them is this video of Gearard, a customer in Murrieta, California, who was VERY impressed by the whole house fan I installed in his attic. https://l.linklyhq.com/l/1u38u
FIRST I WANT TO SHOW YOU MY GARAGE DOOR WINDOW KIT
Here is a garage door with the kit installed and below a view of the inside of the garage. For more details go here – https://newinventions.us/garage-door-window-kit/
I STARTED SELLING WHOLE HOUSE FANS IN 2008
So here is the history behind Invisco and my work – it all started in 2008 when I had my first encounter with a residential whole house fan. I was inspecting a home and flipped a switch in a hallway and the ceiling opened up and a big propeller turned on and scared the heck out of me. It was a whole house fan. Since I had just moved from Manhattan Beach to Temecula I decided to make them and sell them. I posted some very inexpensive fans on EBay in October and sold 6 of them. I proceeded to sell more in the years after.
I POSTED AN AUSTRALIA WHOLE HOUSE FAN WEBSITE IN 2012
In 2012 I posted a whole house fan web site for Australia and in 2015 got my first order. That caused me to look for sources for parts and I found Edmonds in North Ryde, NSW, Australia. I met Alan Ramsay, Export Sales Manager, when he called me to ask what I was doing. When he found out I was a building ventilation expert he traveled to America to meet me.
I WAS ASSIGNED AS U.S. DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE AUSTRALIAN FIRM EDMONDS’ HYBRID ROOFTOP VENTILATOR IN 2015
Alan Ramsay was so impressed by my background that he assigned me to be his distributor to America. His goal was to see me sell the Edmonds ECOPower hybrid rooftop ventilator here. I opened https://EdmondsUSA.com and signed on 14 LorenCook and Greenheck rep firms in 27 states. Those firms were:
THE EDMONDS DESIGN BY AFFILIATED ENGINEERS INC (AEI) BECAME AN IMPORTANT CASE STUDY FOR THE REPS
In 2012 AEI worked with ZimmerGunsulFrasca in Seattle to design a new engineering building for the University of Washington. The goal was LEED5 combined with maximum use of natural cooling. Here is the description of the project goals.
The Affiliated engineers created a challenging goal to meet the natural cooling concept. Their primary objective was free gravity air flow aided by sun heating. They searched the world and found Edmond’s hybrid rooftop which offered them the best gravity air flow along with optional powered air flow. Below is the description of their stack design. Note in section b.) “with backup electric power to turn the turbine….” – the Edmonds hybrid was perfect for that.
I MET WITH JAMES SHWE WHO INSTANTLY EMBRACED THE AUSTRALIAN HYBRID CONCEPT IN 2015
James is a very well known building designer in the Los Angeles market and was working on a new gymnasium for the Studio City suburb. He found the idea of both free gravity air flow plus powered air flow in one unit to be perfect. He put 8 fans on the design. Here is the case study – https://l.linklyhq.com/l/1u1lM. Hard to believe that design has still not gone into construction. It is interesting to note that he originally put Edmonds in the design and later when I brought out my improved design he put it on as well. Then in 2020 when the Los Angeles engineers were reviewing the design for soliciting bids they saw the higher performance offered by Invisco and they deleted Edmonds from the drawings.
I ASKED EDMONDS FOR A LICENSE TO USE THE RAIN HAT ON WHOLE HOUSE FANS IN 2016
In 2016 I asked Alan Ramsay to assign to me a license for me to use his rain hat on my fans here in the US. They call it Hurricane. He said I could take the design and use it with no license. He asked that I not call it Hurricane. So I call it Tornado. I added a motor and blade to make it the best rooftop ventilator in the world.
Since then I have expanded my presence on the net with other web sites like the following:
