Casey in Salt Lake City 2015

Below are pictures of the nice installation Casey did in his home in Salt Lake
Here is what he put on YELP – but this 4 star review was suppressed by YELP

I bought a fan from Kurt in June of 2015, but due to supply issues that Kurt very reasonably communicated frequently with me about, I didn’t receive it until October 2015. Fortunately, I wasn’t in a huge rush for the project, so the timing didn’t bother me much, and I’m sure he’s got his supplier issues squared away now.
As for the fan and overall system, I love it. I live in Salt Lake City and prior to that, had lived in the Midwest where lots of houses have whole house fans, but all of them had been super noisy with the loud motor sitting right over the hole with those rattling intake vents.
Not so with Kurt’s setup- the fan itself 8-10′ feet away from the opening with flexible duct work and whisper quiet as far as motor sounds go- the only thing you hear is the air moving. And boy, can it move if you need it to! Generally I keep it at about half to 3/4 power unless I really need to cool things down fast, then jet engine air movement at full power does the trick.
