This page is for 2 purposes.
- To show the results of my restoration in 2021. The motor is a rebuilt 2100 cc with polished and ported heads, tuned exhaust, lightened flywheel, dual Weber 40 carbs, dyno tested at 120 HP before carbs. 15 inch wide tractor tires.
- To show my invention – a body lift made from 1/4 inch thick aluminum that started as a 5 foot long C channel with a 4 inch width (used as height) and 2 inch sides. This picture shows a closeup of the channel after it had been cut down the 4 inch side to make a wedge shape – one end was 2 inches and the other at 1/2 inch so the result is a mount that is 1 inch high in the front and 4 inches in the back. Perfect to lift the rear fenders over 4 inches.
Front nearly done just needs cap in center. windshield is a tough acrylic 1/4 inch thick. Will change to 3/8 inch thick soon. Headlights are an invention – KC lights with motorcycle turn signals attached to the KC body with their wires threaded thru the one small conduit into the fender.
